New Malibu Lumbar Yard is a Blast!

Simon Berlyn, Tony Williams and I went for a stroll through the new Malibu Lumbar Yard on Sunday May 3, 2009 and it was an absolute blast! We jumped on the ping-pong table in front of James Perse and had a brief round robin followed by lounging in the center to watch some live jam sessions by John West and Aden on drums.  Really fun… we even attempted the shaky egg lol!

What is Selling in Malibu?

The answer: According to the MLS sales in the last 30 days included two homes in Paradise Cove sales prices $1,075,000 and $435,000, 1 home in Point Dume on approx. 3 acres originally listed at $2,395,000 sells for $1,800,000 (trust sale), 2 Las Flores Canyon homes close for $1,990,000 and $1,285,000, a Latigo Canyon home closes for $1,100,000, and a Corral Canyon home closes for $690,000.

Hope is on the way for the next 30 days as 29 properties are in escrow according to the MLS system as of today.
